Princeton is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Princeton follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Baumley Nursery & Landscaping of Princeton are gems! They are one of my favorite places to get advice and healthy plants that thrive. Last year, they brought in the Chinese Malabar Spinach plant, which I had never encountered before, and it has become my favorite thing ever! It grows like crazy as a vine, and I literally ate salads from it weekly! I was so disappointed that the supplier wasnβt able to get the plant to them this year. It dies in the winter, but buying two of them led to the seeds dropping all around, and now I have eight saplings growing strong! Thank you all, youβre awesome, affordable, and always an amazing help.

I can't thank Jeff Baumley and his staff enough for the exceptional service I received - starting from when I contemplated planting a cherry blossom tree in the front of my house. From pre-purchase to the planting - and some after-care! - everything was handled professionally and expertly. Shortly after planting I had to be out-of-town and Jeff made certain to keep an eye on the tree (and if need be, watering) and kept me updated via txt that "the tree looks good" - for no extra charge, I have to add. Thank you, Jeff! .... and the tree is still looking great!

To say that I am thrilled with the outcome of my new hardscape/landscape design is an understatement! After 28 years of gardening my perennials, my arthritic hands and neck said 'enough'! Along with the very hungry deer who love to munch on my plants made gardening an increasing challenge for me. I went to see my high school friend Jeff and together we came up with a plan to redesign the space making it easy care. A red bud tree for the center, 3 types of deer/drought resistant plants, multicolored stones, a large boulder and fixing a broken rock border completed the look. Soaker hoses were installed to water the plants during their initial growing season to help them become established. And the price was right. Jeff has an encyclopedic mind for all things plants! He's very particularl about his work and takes great pride in all he does. He's a 'hands on' owner and one of the only owners here in our area who will take the time to look at your space and make suggestions. Brian, Marco and Marco were professional, neat and took the time to consult with me on the placement of the plants. The work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend Jeff Baumley and his crew for all of your

Knowledgeable, professional ,experienced and friendly are the qualities that come to mind when I think of Jeff Baumley and his staff. I have patronized his nursery for over 30 years and after moving into a new home I reached out to Jeff for his help. Brian was able to regrade my entire front yard to correct a water issue that caused basement flooding. The new design created a much needed facelift for the landscape with lots of seasonal color. He offered a variety of planting options but did caution me about which ones would be a better selection based on our deer and rabbit population. His expertise when dealing with the town of Princetonβs requirements made the process that much easier since he had done so much work in the area over his career. He stands behind his plantings and stops off from time to time to check in and answer questions / educated on the care required. I am extremely pleased I selected Jeff to design, regrade and install my landscape. Special shout outs to Brian and his crew, Mike and Alexia for all the hard work they do each day in all sorts of weather dealing with all sorts of customers. Thank you !

If we could give more than 5 stars we would do so happily. We have dealt with Baumley Nursery for several years; starting small - a few trees here and there - and then more recently on a major landscaping project. In every instance we were delighted with the outcome. Jeff Baumley worked tirelessly with us on the design and offered us a wide selection of options that were appropriate for our particular needs. His decades of experience as a professional landscaper enabled him to make suggestions that helped enormously with our decisions. He suggested trees and plants we would never have known to consider. Jeff also installed an irrigation pop-up drain to correct an issue with excessive water runoff from the downspout. We didn't even know this was a possibility, so that addition to our landscaping project was greatly appreciated. We have been delighted with the results every single time. His crews are professional, friendly, and easy to work with, and the most recent job was completed on time and within budget. It's also great fun to wander around the nursery and see the unbelievably extensive variety of trees and plants. What more can you ask for? We love these guys β highly re
